Rampage HUD, Ray-Gun Model Port, Pack-a-Punch Camo W/ Removal

it would be nice to turn off the Rampage hud for those who want to keep things Vanilla-ish, if it's possible, could you port the Ray-Gun model from Buried/Origins to Tranzit, Die-Rise, and Mob of the Dead? and eventually DLC 5 whenever that gets it's release? also to add an option in the camo menu to use any pap camo from any map granted that the EE has been completed once or a number of times, and another option to remove the pack-a-punch camo (or our camos) kind regards. - Imported from the old #feature-requests forum.
