Crashes and run rescue

What to do if the server or your game crashes during a long game.

Your money

  • What's in the bank is never lost.
  • What's on you can be lost in a crash. That's what auto-deposit is for: above your threshold (100,000 by default), everything goes to the bank. See Bank and auto-deposit.

Your run

Run rescue: 72 hours

If your game crashes or freezes past round 25, open a ticket on Discord (/ticket) within 72 hours. Staff can restore your run: you then resume it with .load, on a private server.

In your ticket, include the map, the server, the round and the time of the crash.

Getting back into a locked server

If the server was locked with .lock and you were there when it was locked, you have 5 minutes to come back. After that, ask the locker for a .let. See The lock.

Saving yourself

Booster, VIP and ULTRA players can save their game on any server (resuming happens on a private server): see Saves.
