Frequently asked questions

How do I link my account?#

Type /link in the #cmds channel on Discord, then .link <code> in game. Without Discord, get your vz-… code on voidzombies.pw. You receive 100,000 in the bank plus packs. Details: Linking your account.

My money disappeared after a crash!#

What's in the bank is never lost; what's on you can be. Check with .b: auto-deposit most likely sent your surplus to the bank (above 100,000 by default). Keep your threshold low so you risk nothing. See Bank and auto-deposit.

.w or .d doesn't work#

• Your account is still loading (1 to 2 seconds after you join);
• you haven't spawned yet, or you're AFK;
• a map state is blocking the bank: Time Bomb (Buried), afterlife (Mob of the Dead), Who's Who (Die Rise);
• .w won't let you go over your auto-deposit threshold: raise it with .autodepot.

How do I prestige?#

You need level 55, the prestige's requirements (kills, headshots, best round, Easter eggs, rampages) and its bank cost (750,000 for P1). Type .prestige then confirm. See Levels, prestige and Master.

Why isn't my game in the records?#

• You joined at round 25 or later;
• or you were playing on a private server (no map records or speedruns).

See Records and leaderboards.

I crashed at a high round, is my run lost?#

Not necessarily: past round 25, open a ticket on Discord within 72 hours. Staff can restore your run, which you resume with .load on a private server. See Crashes and run rescue.

Can I save on a public server?#

Yes: with the Booster, VIP or ULTRA status, .save and .savequit work on every server. Resuming (.load), however, only works on a private server (yours or someone else's), at round 1. See Saves.

I can't join the server anymore#

It's probably locked (.lock). If you were there when it was locked, you have 5 minutes to come back; otherwise, ask the locker to type .let <your name>. See The lock.

I got kicked from the game#

Two possible reasons: your 25th down of the game (public servers only, no limit on private ones), or you were still AFK when the game ended. See Essential rules and AFK.

How do I get a playermodel?#

Custom playermodels come from supporter ranks: CJ (SPARK), Homelander (NOVA), Rick Sanchez (ECLIPSE), Rick Grimes (VOID LEGEND). VIP and ULTRA players can also play a map character with .model. See Playermodels.

How does special ammo (AAT) work?#

Put a weapon that's already upgraded through the Pack-a-Punch again for 15,000 points: you get a random special ammo with 25 charges. See Special ammo.

My gobblegum won't come out anymore#

You've hit the limit for its rarity for this game (40 MEGA, 25 RARE MEGA, 25 ULTRA RARE): a classic one comes out instead. Also, your loadout is locked after your first draw. See Gobblegum guide.

How do I report a bug or a player?#

In game: .bugreport <description> for a bug, .report <message> for a player. On Discord: /bug or /ticket.
